-50% deposit at time of booking
-Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
-If license is not drawn, all deposit money will be refunded upon notification by client of not drawing a license
-License applications withdrawn by client do not count as failure to draw and no refund will be given
-Full refund will be given for any unexpected deployment to military service that would prevent the client from being available during the season
-Full refund will be given upon death of the client or by documented serious illness of the client that renders the client physically unable to hunt. Interpretation of “unable to hunt” will be by the outfitter.
-Prices do not include price of tag and conservation stamp
